In five online learning sessions, companies will take a deep dive into three core areas, all inputs that will culminate in crafting your company's optimal contribution to the world - its Social Purpose:
Understanding your business: Take a deep dive into your companies’ history, evolution, competitive advantages, competencies and assets.
Understanding your stakeholders: In a turbulent rapidly changing world, business agility and resilience comes from a deep understanding of your stakeholders including employees, suppliers, customers. A deep understanding of what they see as your organization’s value proposition, and leadership capability is critical to uncovering your purpose.
Understanding the larger societal context: Understand the key risks and opportunities facing your business, your customers, and your supply chain. Uncover how you can uniquely mitigate that risk and build value for your organization, customers and the communities you serve using the UN Sustainable Development Goals to map your risks and your opportunities.
After completing this series, you will have:
